These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") govern all use of the abe77 website, mobile platform, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). abe77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To access the full range of Platform services, you must register an account and successfully complete the KYC verification process. During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (National ID Card or passport).

• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number in the 11-digit format (e.g., 017XXXXXXXX), which will be used for account verification and withdrawal authentication.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Deposits credited to a Player's account that result from a technical error, system glitch, or incorrect transaction are not the property of the Player. abe77 reserves the right to reverse any such erroneous credit at any time, regardless of whether the funds have been wagered in whole or in part.

All transactions are subject to abe77's internal anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Players may be required to provide source of funds documentation if their depositing patterns trigger an AML review. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction pending investigation.

abe77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Players must complete the wagering requirement before any withdrawal is processed from a bonus-containing balance.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless the promotion terms specify a different validity period. Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's balance without compensation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. A bonus may only be converted to withdrawable funds after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• abe77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other activity that undermines the fair operation of the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus per Player per household is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited and the accounts permanently closed.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. Live casino games typically contribute 10% and sports betting wagers contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Specific contribution rates for each game type are published in the relevant promotion terms.

abe77 may from time to time offer seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to Bangladesh players, including BPL cricket season, Eid campaigns, Pohela Boishakh offers, and Victory Day specials. Each such promotion will carry its own specific terms and validity period.

All games available on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate under independently certified RNG systems. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG and cannot be influenced or adjusted by abe77 or the Player after a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game's RNG as normal. Any winnings generated will be credited to the Player's account upon reconnection. abe77 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents normal completion, the bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's balance. abe77 will review such incidents on a case-by-case basis.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are theoretical long-term averages calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds. Individual session results will vary and may be significantly higher or lower than the stated RTP figure.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published by the relevant game provider or sportsbook module. In the event of a discrepancy between the settlement of a sports bet and the Player's understanding of the result, the official data source used by abe77's provider will be treated as definitive.

abe77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at an incorrect price due to a system error, or placed in a manner that constitutes unfair exploitation of a pricing or system error. Where a bet is voided, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. abe77 complies with AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to authorities as required by applicable regulations.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account in violation of these Terms, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use, including automated betting, automated game play, or scraping of Platform data.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal means, including the use of stolen payment credentials, compromised accounts, or unauthorized chargebacks.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players in any game format.
• Permitting a third party to access or operate your account, or sharing your login credentials with any other person for any reason. Each account is strictly personal and may only be operated by the registered account holder.

abe77 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activities. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate investigation and may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds held therein, pending any required AML or fraud investigation procedures.

abe77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other applicable Platform rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by abe77, or submission of fraudulent or invalid identity documentation.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months. Prior to closure of an inactive account, abe77 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Player using the contact details registered on the account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, law enforcement request, or any other legally binding instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not cleared the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification or investigation procedures. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting abe77 customer support.

abe77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players free of charge directly through their account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly): Players may set a maximum deposit amount for any given period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of abe77 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abe77 excludes all liability for the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from the use of the Platform, including winnings void due to technical malfunction, system error, or breach of these Terms.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account data, transaction history, or game history, resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or other events beyond abe77's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, force majeure events, or actions by third parties including internet service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits abe77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where local consumer protection law in Bangladesh provides mandatory rights that cannot be contractually excluded, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

abe77 processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time on the Platform.

abe77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform's servers. Player financial data (including payment method details) is processed exclusively through the secure APIs of the relevant payment provider and is not stored on abe77's servers. Player personal data is never sold to or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

abe77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted on the Platform's homepage or via a notification sent to the Player's registered contact details, at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to address an urgent legal, security, or regulatory matter.

The most current version of these Terms will always be published on the Platform and is identifiable by its effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform shall first be referred to abe77's customer support team for resolution.
